💅 Cancellation Policy - NailsXCiara At NailsXCiara, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 🔒 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 100% • No-shows will be charged full cost of service and may require a deposit to rebook. 💳 Deposits • ALL services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. • Deposits will go toward the total cost of the service, but will be forfeited in case of no-shows or late cancellations. ⏰ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a $10 fee may still apply after the 10 minute grace period. 💖 Respecting Time Your time is valuable, and so is ours.
